This was super easy to use, I am a lady of a certain size and it fit me perfectly! Just started doing research on castor oil and was looking for a pack, this was great! Great absortion and it doesn't move.

This does just what it's intended to do, with some bonuses. The wrap is soft against the skin, which is a must have, and the hot/cold pack insert option is a nice extra. I'm a bit on the bigger side and the straps fit tightly and kept this in place nicely.

This Castor Oil Pack Wrap also includes a hot/cold pack, which I really enjoy (especially cold). The wraps are easy to use and are quite comfortable. A good value, I would order this wrap set again.
